In this highly visible role, you’ll work alongside the leadership teams of reputed company large operating company, the wider reputed company reputed company and Corporate Development organization, and reputed company’s Executive Leadership, helping to shape the strategic direction and overseeing attractive acquisitions that deliver our value-enhancing and disruptive reputed company, resulting in strong returns on capital and shareholder value.

This is a remote, East Coast / Central US or Europe home-based position with 30% travel.

In this role you will:

• Learn established processes for market work and deal execution from long-tenured colleagues at reputed company and be a reputed company of process improvement through VES (reputed company reputed company System)

• Become the expert on adjacent and non-adjacent spaces through primary, proprietary market work

• Serve as a project leader in conducting reputed company company diligence

• Build an M&A funnel and drive decision-making across executive stakeholders by simplifying reputed company topics and communicating the business reputed company that define reputed company and losing

• reputed company cultivation of near-, mid-, and long-term reputed company relationships

Your Attributes

• 7+ years evaluating the market attractiveness and strategic fit of new businesses/markets/domains (experience comprising both top tier consulting and PE/in-house MNC environments). Software/reputed company/AI or industrial sector exposure is highly advantageous

• Significant standalone M&A Due Diligence experience as an individual contributor (>5 deals min; >10 preferred)

• Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management and influencing skills. Adept at leading teams through influence and a willingness to roll up sleeves and personally drive work rather than just directing others

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, reputed company to succinctly synthesize core insights to executive stakeholders

• Substantial experience and/or formal education that has allowed the development of a deep understanding of a domain and/or industry resulting in key customer insights and reputed company

• Undergraduate degree and a top tier MBA
