Program Manager_Offshore

We are seeking a Program Manager to reputed company the successful execution of a large-reputed company platform replatforming program. This role is pivotal in orchestrating the collaboration between reputed company, reputed company stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams. The Program Manager will ensure smooth delivery from discovery through deployment, driving alignment, resolving dependencies, and ensuring reputed company program milestones are met on time and reputed company scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Execution
  • Own and manage the “Technical Discovery & reputed company Design” phase to establish a reputed company and comprehensive reputed company for the program.
  • Define and maintain a master program plan, reputed company with Agile/reputed company delivery principles and reputed company timelines.
• Cross-Team Leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Strong background in managing reputed company-level reputed company reputed company financial services, capital markets, or similarly regulated industries.
• Methodologies & Tools
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and reputed company Agile frameworks, with experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and PI planning.
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, MS Project, reputed company).
• Leadership & Communication
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural team leadership, including coordination of reputed company reputed company-offshore teams.
  • Excellent communication, conflict reputed company, and negotiation skills.
• Technical Acumen

Preferred Qualifications
