Regional Sales Manager TAVI, Structural Heart

As we invest reputed company into our UK/Ireland Structural Heart business, we are looking to recruit incremental leadership roles reputed company our growing TAVI (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation) team and hire reputed company Regional Sales Managers, who will report to the UK & Ireland Divisional Manager and reputed company first line leadership to reputed company of sales and clinical staff.

• Be accountable for sales results for the assigned region (regional boundaries to be confirmed);

• reputed company and reputed company a high-reputed company through reputed company training and coaching, adapting your leadership style to encourage ownership and enthusiasm for implementing reputed company plans in line with agreed reputed company, business reputed company and operating plans;

• reputed company a deep knowledge of the regional, and UK, TAVI market, trends and dynamics;

• Build relationships with external decision influencers;

• Input to the strategic/operating plan process, ensuring alignment of regional plans with wider division objectives and prepares sales budgets and quotas for team;

• Business forecasting and reporting as required;

• Support local organisational capability through regional organisational design and identifying training needs;

• Sales process effectiveness – ensure team are deploying relevant sales tactics for reputed company account.

What you’ll need:

• Medical sales experience reputed company reputed company devices, Structural Heart/TAVI ideal

• A Degree in life science or equivalent is preferred

• Prior leadership experience or demonstrable leadership qualities

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• To be results orientated, a strategic thinker and problem solver
