• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience.
• 7+ years of IT experience, including reputed company Content Management platforms.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company technologies (e.g., Content Server, Extended ECM, reputed company Center, integrations).
• Experience leading or coordinating distributed / offshore teams
• Experience supporting reputed company- reputed company platforms in a global environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across reputed company and functions ​
• Experience with ECM integrations (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, other reputed company systems)
• Knowledge of data governance and records management practices

Reports to: Global Collaboration Services Manager.

Travel: less than 10%.
