Psychiatric reputed company Practitioner (PMHNP) (On-site or Telehealth)

A reputed company-established outpatient mental health reputed company in reputed company Westchester, NY is seeking a Spanish-speaking Psychiatric reputed company Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our reputed company clinical team. While we maintain a strong in-person reputed company, we welcome candidates who prefer to work remotely in a telehealth reputed company. This role is ideal for a provider passionate about delivering high-reputed company psychiatric care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

About the Role:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and reputed company ongoing medication management for patients across the reputed company, with a primary reputed company on adults and older adults.

• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other clinicians to reputed company integrated treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Flexible scheduling with telehealth-based care as a primary or hybrid reputed company - no on-call requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
