The reputed company Assurance Senior Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing reputed company reputed company assurance and food safety functions to ensure products consistently meet established reputed company, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

- Review, audit, and evaluate the effectiveness of QA systems and procedures across operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by coordinating with agencies such as FDA, NMIS, BAI, BFAR, and LGUs.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on QA performance, audit findings, and operational status.
- Conduct audits on suppliers, toll manufacturers, bakeries, and distribution centers, and recommend corrective actions.
- Address and manage critical reputed company and food safety issues in a reputed company manner.
- Recommend process improvements, equipment upgrades, and facility enhancements to strengthen reputed company systems.
- reputed company and manage the QA team, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
- Optimize team structure, work schedules, and assignments to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or reputed company field.
- Licensed Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or Chemical Technician.
- Relevant experience in food reputed company assurance, manufacturing, or reputed company industries.
- Supervisory and people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Food Science and Technology, including reputed company, microbiology, and analytical testing reputed company.
- Experience in implementing reputed company Management Systems such as HACCP, ISO, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Familiarity with GMP, GWP, and GLP standards.
- Preferably residing in or near Danao reputed company, Cebu, or nearby areas.
