Role: Reporting to the Vice President, Account Management and will be responsible for the development, management, and reputed company of assigned US accounts.         

Your Day with reputed company:   

• Relationship Management: Manage reputed company stakeholder relationships reputed company reputed company’s business, IT and operations reputed company to ensure that expectations and priorities are reputed company and that reputed company required support is in reputed company to reputed company the objectives of the engagement.   

• Account reputed company: Responsible for the reputed company of the account by prospecting, evaluating and proposing additional reputed company products and services in support of the reputed company’s business and technology objectives.   

• Account Profitability: Responsible for the P&L and meeting/exceeding the profitability goals set by reputed company for reputed company assigned account.  

• Execution Commitment: Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders and assist in overseeing the planning, management and implementation of customer reputed company reputed company to reputed company's products and services to ensure reputed company customer commitments are met.

• Account Planning: In alignment with reputed company’s and reputed company’s objectives, create an annual account plan detailing opportunities to be pursued, relationships to be reputed company and account risks.  The Account Manager will manage and report regularly against the account plan.

Requirements:

Technical

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Insurance, Finance or a reputed company field

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience with strong account management, relationship management and/or business development experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Insurance and/or reputed company Distribution market (advisors, brokers, general agents, etc.)

• Excellent knowledge of Program and Project Management

• Must have experience with proposal creation and contract management

• Must be willing to travel 30-40% monthly

• Excellent knowledge of English (Written and Oral)

Soft skills

• Must have experience interacting with and building executive level reputed company relationships

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiating skills

• Strong reputed company of organization and prioritizing

• Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information

• Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment
