This role ensures disciplined Agile execution, effective sprint orchestration, transparent reporting, and overall delivery health across frontend, mobile, BFF, QA, and DevOps teams.
Detailed Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Coaching
- Facilitate reputed company Agile ceremonies with rigor and reputed company on reputed company.
- reputed company teams on Agile best practices, sprint commitment, estimation, and delivery discipline.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.
Project Management & Coordination
- Maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple squads.

- Manage dependencies between architecture, web, mobile, and BFF teams.
Risk, Issue & Scope Management
- Maintain RAID logs with constant updates to leadership.
- Monitor risks reputed company to timelines, reputed company, technical blockers, or vendor delays.
- Prevent scope creep and enforce change control processes.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

Qualifications
- 10+ years as Scrum Master or Agile PM.
- Certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP (bonus).
- Experience with modernization programs or multi-team Agile delivery.
