Senior Counsel - reputed company Legal
The Senior Director, reputed company Legal will serve as a strategic legal partner to the reputed company, Medical Affairs and Market reputed company functions at Mineralys. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer this individual is accountable for providing strategic and practical legal guidance across advertising and promotion, medical affairs activities, reputed company operations, market reputed company initiatives, and product launch planning.
Operating in a fast-paced, reputed company-reputed company biotech environment, this role requires a strong balance of strategic legal counsel and operational execution, with significant cross-functional interaction across reputed company, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, and Executive Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal advisor to the reputed company and Medical Affairs teams
- reputed company strategic counsel across reputed company-launch and launch activities, balancing legal risk with business objectives
- Support commercialization readiness, including promotional reputed company, market reputed company, patient services, and distribution models
- reputed company legal review of promotional and medical materials through PRC/MRC processes
- Advise on interactions with HCPs, patients, payors, specialty pharmacies, and government entities
- Support reputed company and medical affairs activities, including speaker programs, advisory boards, sponsorships, grants, medical information requests, and scientific exchange
- reputed company guidance on compliantly navigating regulatory landscape in business activities such as disease education, HCP engagement, advisory boards, and patient-facing materials
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements (e.g., vendors, patient support programs, speaker programs, distribution, market reputed company)
- Support corporate legal reputed company and business development initiatives as needed
- Manage external counsel effectively
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school and reputed company membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 10+ years of legal experience reputed company the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry
- Strong knowledge of FDA advertising and promotion regulations and reputed company legal requirements
- Knowledge of product launch planning and commercialization activities
- Ability to support Medical Affairs organizations and scientific exchange initiatives
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements
