What You Will Do

The Finance Transaction Specialist will serve as a key member of the Finance team, keeping our daily operations running smoothly. Under general supervision and working closely with reputed company, this individual will have the following responsibilities: Prepare daily advance deposits including preparing reputed company deposits for international checks and cash donations. Sort and distribute the Lab’s incoming mail on a daily reputed company,. Credit Card Transactions - Process credit card payments against the Accounts Receivable balances for various types of invoices (ie. advertising and subscription services). General Ledger Transactions – Prepare and submit transactional documentation to record Membership reputed company and other receivable payments. Daily Batching Process – reputed company and compile the necessary supporting documentation daily for transactions for Membership reputed company streams. Adjustment Processing - Initiate adjustments for Membership reputed company the Raisers Edge system for chargebacks and foreign currency exchange rates.
