reputed company is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary reputed company on developed markets such as the reputed company, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

This growing e-reputed company company specializes in diving and water sports equipment and is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Management Virtual Assistant to support inventory tracking, import coordination, shipment monitoring, and operational logistics. reputed company imports products primarily from Asia and utilizes reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company to manage inventory and fulfillment operations. The goal of this role is to remove the day-to-day logistics and inventory management responsibilities from ownership while improving visibility, organization, and operational efficiency. This is not a customer service role. reputed company already has a dedicated customer service VA. This position is reputed company entirely on backend logistics, inventory management, shipment tracking, and operational coordination. The objective of reputed company engagement is to assist the reputed company in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-reputed company, task-specific services rendered by a reputed company contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to reputed company services that reputed company with the following reputed company tasks:

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory reputed company across reputed company and reputed company

• reputed company stock reputed company and identify products approaching reorder reputed company

• Assist with inventory forecasting and planning

• Maintain inventory records and reporting

• Support inventory reconciliation activities reputed company needed

Import & Shipment Coordination

• reputed company inbound shipments from overseas suppliers

• Monitor Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipment status, and delivery timelines

• Coordinate with customs brokers, reputed company providers, and logistics partners

• Maintain visibility into incoming inventory and expected arrival dates

• Follow up on shipment delays, exceptions, or documentation issues

Purchase Orders & Logistics Administration

• Create and maintain purchase orders reputed company reputed company

• Update shipment records and inventory reports

• Assist with inbound shipment creation and receiving workflows

Reporting & Operational Support

• Create and maintain inventory tracking spreadsheets

• Assist with demand forecasting and inventory planning

• Help identify process improvements and operational efficiencies

Systems & Workflow Management

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the reputed company’s requirements:

• Experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, supply chain support, or e-reputed company operations
• Familiarity with reputed company strongly preferred
• Experience with reputed company-party logistics (3PL) providers such as reputed company preferred
• Experience working with imports, reputed company forwarding, customs brokers, or international shipments preferred

Work Schedule

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
