Associate Manager/ Manager - Fundraising Development

A) Support in Fundraising

  • Reporting to the Senior Consultant - Development and working closely with senior program leads in conceptualizing multi-year program partnerships with Foundations, Philanthropies, CSRs and Multilaterals (World Bank, ADB, etc.)
  • Ideate, reputed company and execute a reputed company which is aimed at securing high value gifts from globally reputed company donors.

B) Donor/Prospect Management

  • Demonstrate sensitivity to relationships with major donors and High Net worth Individuals maintaining high degree of confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, public administration, public policy or other directly relevant fields
  • More than 8 years of work experience in the not-for-Profit sector
  • Deep understanding of system change approaches and how to communicate them effectively.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of successful proposals.
  • Prior experience in Fundraising, Business Development, constructing funding proposals, RFP's is mandatory.
  • A deep knowledge of Climate change/ Gender/ Public health sectors would be considered as a big reputed company
  • A high level of computer literacy required, including familiarity with CRMs or relational databases, and proficiency with reputed company Office Product
  • Possess a solid understanding of budgets as they relate to proposals and grants
