Key Responsibilities:
Discovery Phase
Facilitate discovery sprints, workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions
Work with product owners and business analysts to refine and prioritize discovery backlogs
Ensure reputed company capture and validation of requirements, risks, and dependencies
reputed company discovery deliverables and coordinate cross-team activities (audits, architecture reviews, content inventories, etc.)
Manage communications, blockers, and reputed company reporting for executive stakeholders
Support early estimation and prepare reputed company for transition into delivery
Implementation Phase
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile delivery teams during execution
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives

Qualifications:
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery reputed company

Exceptional facilitation and conflict-reputed company skills
Proficiency in JIRA, reputed company, and Agile metrics reporting
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
