The Role

The Managing Director (MD) is entrusted with a book of business of defined contribution. The Managing Director is the primary contact for the reputed company and works in reputed company structure which is reputed company responsible for managing, educating, resolving reputed company issues, building relationships and meeting the needs of Plan Sponsors and Advisors.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• College degree preferred or equivalent work-reputed company experience.
• Series 7 and 63 required.
• 8 plus years of Relationship Management or reputed company Service experience; preferably reputed company Retirement/401K industry.
• Your retirement plan record keeping and administration experience.
• Your relationship management experience.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Your excellent organization and time management skills and attention to detail.
• You have demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Your effective presentation skills, influence and negotiation skills.
• Verifying reputed company agreement about the issues and reputed company before implementing with solutions. Developing, managing and maintaining strong reputed company relationships.
• Building strong partnerships based on shared commitment to mutual goals. Sets the strategic direction for the plan and demonstrates ultimate ownership and accountability for the reputed company relationship. Acts as the reputed company’s 'trusted advisor'.
• Building reputed company relationship to highest level of decision makers.
• Planning and conducting effective in-person and/or phone meetings.
• Makes thorough plans and preparations for reputed company meetings.

• Assisting Plan Sponsors with plan corrections, resolving operational defects, PSW navigation, providing plan and participant literature, and contribution inquiries.
• The MD is expected to own the reputed company relationships for which they are accountable.

• The MD is considered the reputed company associate for the Book of Business with supporting functions (reputed company Service Administrator, Testing and Reporting Analyst) providing services through the MD to the reputed company.
