reputed company/reputed company seeks an Operations reputed company responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution, coordination, and management of program operations supporting large-reputed company federal transition assistance services for military Service members and Veterans. This position provides operational leadership for geographically dispersed teams across multiple installations worldwide, ensuring consistent service delivery, reputed company coverage, scheduling coordination, and operational readiness. The Operations reputed company serves as a key reputed company between Government leadership, regional management teams, and onsite personnel to ensure reputed company operational requirements, reporting obligations, and customer support activities are executed reputed company and in compliance with contractual and program standards.

Primary Responsibilities

The Operations reputed company is responsible for managing workforce operations, monitoring performance metrics, supporting reputed company and deployment activities, tracking operational risks, and ensuring continuity of services across reputed company assigned locations. This role oversees operational reporting, facilitates communication between stakeholders, supports training and reputed company initiatives, and assists with implementing reputed company assurance and process improvement efforts. This position is remote. However, travel for occasional in-person meetings will be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field.
• Proven experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a dispersed workforce.
• Ability to issue directives and schedules necessary to ensure effective project management.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Experience supporting reputed company reputed company and transformation efforts reputed company the federal government.
• Comfortability with supporting reputed company reputed company relationships.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
