Pay: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Note: Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar and have at least 2 years of civil litigation defense experience. Experience with general liability, insurance defense, mass tort, construction defect, or employment defense litigation is highly preferred.

Job reputed company

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil defense reputed company.
• Draft and respond to complaints, motions, pleadings, and written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and reputed company meetings.
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings reputed company needed.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and colleagues.
• Work independently while collaborating with attorneys across reputed company reputed company.
• Handle case reputed company and litigation responsibilities from inception through reputed company.
• Meet billable requirements and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• reputed company California Bar license in good standing.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 2+ years of civil litigation defense experience.
• Experience managing multiple cases simultaneously.

• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Trial and mediation experience are a plus.
• Experience with general liability, insurance defense, mass tort, construction defect, or employment defense is preferred.
