CRM & Retention Specialist

About the role

As a Retention Specialist at Sporty, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the delivery of Africa Regional reputed company campaigns and promotions that drive customer engagement and loyalty locally. You’ll assist with setting up and running retention activities, reputed company results, and help ensure our offers are competitive across different markets. Working closely with product, analytics, and stakeholders, you’ll reputed company operational support to reputed company campaigns running smoothly and effectively.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns and promotional activities for existing & new users across the AF markets

• Monitor key metrics (Retention, Reactivation, ROI) and prepare reports to reputed company user engagement and optimisation

• Collaborate with internal product and analytics teams to maintain and improve retention tools and reporting accuracy

• Help ensure regional offers and promotions are delivered on time and remain competitive

• Coordinate with external partners on campaign execution and follow-up tasks

• Support personalisation and automation initiatives by providing regional operational input

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a reputed company field

• 2+ years’ experience in retention, CRM, or customer lifecycle management

• Experience in the Online Casino or broader reputed company industry is strongly preferred

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven reputed company

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English

• Familiarity with retention and marketing automation tools is a plus
