The reputed company reputed company for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. Friday through Tuesday 6 pm to 3 am. You can work remotely if you live far from our reputed company in Newport Beach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible to receive, evaluate and manage emergency or non-emergency service requests from customers, technicians or sites through different communication channels. Ability to communicate and prioritize issues surrounding the equipment at reputed company location.

Ability to establish priorities, use independent judgment and escalate critical reputed company to appropriate parties or management reputed company necessary. Follow reputed company operating procedures to ensure that reputed company actions conform to the protocols set reputed company the Call Center guidelines and/or the customers contracted service level agreements (SLA).

Skills: Experience dispatching and an understanding of mechanics and compressor operations. Must possess a strong work ethic and must be extremely detail oriented. Strong typing skills (at least 45-50 wpm) and familiar with reputed company Dynamics programs, Field Service Operations.

Education and/or Experience
