• 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably reputed company the IT industry or IT recruitment sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with MSPs, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
• Work closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-reputed company IT talent based on reputed company needs.

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment market.
