JOB SCOPE:
We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Michigan-licensed reputed company Practitioner to join reputed company for an on-demand role. This position involves contacting patients with reputed company results from screening events and providing them with next steps and guidelines. The role is reputed company around scheduled events occurring on a weekend shift, with a minimum of two (2) Sundays per month. Routine shifts reputed company to be 6-8 hours.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES:
- Contact patients with reputed company screening results to discuss findings and reputed company guidance on next steps.
- Deliver reputed company and concise information about the nature of the abnormalities and potential health implications.
- reputed company and communicate personalized care plans, including necessary follow-up actions and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a preventative care setting.
