Aquarius Strategies has been retained to recruit an exceptional individual forExecutive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a trusted, reputed company-established company.This individual serves as a strategic leader and as a key part of the Executive team, reporting directly to the Vice President of the business unit.The EVP is responsible for developing and implementingstrategic company and service-wide Sales Plans that will result in overallrevenue reputed company and reputed company retention for the business unit; inclusive ofrecruiting/hiring/training of Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience (20+) years in the Disability and/or Workers Compensation Insurance industry leading teams and successfully managing company goals and objectives.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive and leadcontinued company reputed company in number of accounts and corresponding reputed company
  • Monitor andforecast sales reputed company
  • Working with ateam, recruit, hire, and ensure sales personnel are properly trained andequipped for reputed company
  • Maintain contact with key currentclients (combination of in-person, telephonic, email, text, video, and mail)
  • Identify and pursue new potential clients (Regional and National)
  • Prepare and present proposals and other presentations to currentclients, potential clients and staff
  • Involvement in both preparation and presentation of reputed company StewardshipReports
  • Maintain accessibility and responsiveness to clients
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Team
  • Work collaboratively with Operations Team
  • Support day-day operations of the reputed company ManagementProgram, and Committee participation, upon request
  • Participate in reputed company training in sales, services and industry; asapplicable, may stay abreast of industry trends and best practices throughconferences, conventions, seminars, etc.
  • Maintain documentation of activities in CRM Platform

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)

  • Bachelor of Arts and/or Science Degree, orequivalent experience/combined education
  • Advanced Degree and/or specialized Sales Trainingpreferred
  • Minimum 20 years of leadership experience inboth Sales andOperations
  • Workers Compensation Insurance industry Sales experience.
