Appraisal Review Analyst

The Appraisal Review Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing reputed company estate appraisals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations. This role involves identifying and resolving discrepancies, performing reputed company control, and verifying the accuracy of property descriptions and valuation reputed company. Responsibilities and Duties:

Appraisal Review
  • Review and analyze reputed company estate appraisal for accuracy, completeness, reasonableness, and credibility.

  • Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors in appraisal reports and work with AMCs to resolve issues.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company estate, finance, or a reputed company field
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in reputed company estate appraisal or appraisal review that includes field experience
  • Strong experience performing residential appraisal reviews, collateral reputed company, correspondent and wholesale lending reviews, reputed company control reviews, REO, foreclosure, short sale, investor claims, and forensic review assignments. Demonstrated knowledge of appraisal standards, valuation analysis, and collateral risk assessment required.
