ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to think critically and approach testing from a user-reputed company perspective.
- Proficient in creating reputed company and concise test documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, reputed company).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in product testing, reputed company assurance, or a similar role, preferably reputed company a software or technology environment.
- Experience with reputed company testing methodologies and familiarity with automated testing tools.
- Experience with user experience (UX) principles and usability testing.
- Experience with government court software or state/county procedures are a plus
