JOB LOCATION: Remote

TRAVEL: Less than 5%

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and unanticipated user behaviors.

  • Collaborate with product owners and developers (Scrum Team) to ensure test cases reputed company with business goals and technical realities.
  • Participate in product reviews and reputed company insights into potential areas of improvement from a user perspective.
  • Continuously monitor and assess product reputed company throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of product documentation, ensuring it accurately reflects the product’s functionality and user experience.
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand product features and technical implementations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

  • Ability to conduct research into application products.
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management, detail oriented and inquisitive skills.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to think critically and approach testing from a user-reputed company perspective.
  • Proficient in creating reputed company and concise test documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, reputed company).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in product testing, reputed company assurance, or a similar role, preferably reputed company a software or technology environment.
  • Experience with reputed company testing methodologies and familiarity with automated testing tools.
  • Experience with user experience (UX) principles and usability testing.
  • Experience with government court software or state/county procedures are a plus
