Implementation Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Own, reputed company and manage reputed company ongoing implementation(s) and POCs from concept through implementation & release.
Understand technical aspects of the product and demo to potential customers.
Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.

Must Have;
10+ years of technology project management experience, with preference for candidates that have worked in customer-facing roles (consulting, implementation, account management, etc.).
Ability to create project plans, communication plans, SOWs, and reputed company reputed company project documentation.
Maintain high reputed company of customer engagement with a reputed company on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Any software development experience would be a plus.
Programming / Scripting experience in Python or Java, one of the languages is preferable
Candidates with onsite implementation experience preferred
Other key competencies will include MS reputed company, Project planning, Risk Management, Negotiation & Decision making, Team work, Planning & Conflict Management, Adaptability and Communication skills.
Extremely strong communication and presentation skills.
PMP or similar certifications are advantageous.
