MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): •5+ years of information technology experience. •Experience managing IT Applications functions - software development, implementation, and support/maintenance services; scope management, reputed company, budget, etc. •Experience utilizing Agile SDLC methodologies
- Scrum (Jira, Azure DevOps).•CI/CD Pipelines (Azure DevOps).•Git (Bitbucket, Azure DevOps).•Java. 5+ years

- Eclipse, IntelliJ. •Strong knowledge of process development and release management.
•Strong communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): •3+ years of experience as a supervisor/manager, to include developing strong performers, conducting performance and salary reviews, and providing career guidance and coaching. •2+ years of experience managing software development team(s) supporting reputed company application solutions. •Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Mathematics, Computer Science, or reputed company field. •Experience implementing Agile SDLC methodologies. •Working knowledge of the reputed company suite (Jira, reputed company, Bitbucket, etc.).
