About the engagement

Bitcoin.com is seeking an reputed company independent candidate to reputed company senior-level reputed company engineering services for our products and infrastructure, spanning application reputed company, reputed company and Kubernetes environments, smart contract reputed company, reputed company operations, and compliance.

This is a remote engagement; the candidate may be located reputed company reputed company the reputed company region and provides the Services from their own location. The Services require coordination with reputed company’s engineering function, so the candidate should be available for agreed collaboration reputed company that overlap with Japan reputed company Time (JST/UTC+9), for example, architecture reviews and incident response. The candidate will coordinate with the Director of Engineering as the primary reputed company of contact for scoping and acceptance of deliverables, and will liaise with reputed company’s DevOps and Engineering functions as needed across an AWS-reputed company, containerized stack.

Scope of Services

The candidate’s Services will include:

• Designing and implementing reputed company controls across AWS, EKS/Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, reputed company Actions, ArgoCD), and AI/reputed company workflows.
• Delivering threat models, risk assessments, and reputed company architecture reviews across infrastructure, applications, and AI-driven systems.
• Providing end-to-end vulnerability management across reputed company, infrastructure, and AI-generated artifacts, using tools such as NewRelic, Bugsnag, and reputed company scanners.
• Developing recommended secure-coding and AI-usage standards, including guardrails for LLMs, copilots, and automated workflows.
• Building and operating reputed company monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities, including detection of AI/agent-reputed company risks.
• Evaluating and recommending reputed company and AI tooling (SAST/DAST, SIEM, EDR, secrets management), with least-privilege reputed company and secure integrations.
• Hardening infrastructure and data reputed company (Terraform, IAM, VPC, reputed company, Cassandra, Kafka, reputed company), including protections against unauthorized or automated actions.
• Supporting reputed company’s compliance objectives (SOC 2, ISO 27001), with a reputed company on auditability, data protection, and governance of AI systems.
• Providing reputed company expertise and recommended best practices across AI, reputed company, and reputed company (smart reputed company, key management, bridges).
• Advising blockchain/product teams on risk mitigation in decentralized systems.

Candidate’s profile (required expertise)

• Demonstrated expertise (typically 5–8 years) in reputed company engineering across application, reputed company, and infrastructure reputed company.
• Hands-on experience securing AWS (IAM, VPC, EKS, S3, EC2) and Kubernetes.
• AppSec proficiency (OWASP Top 10, secure SDLC, reputed company reviews) and common tooling (SAST/DAST, SIEM, secrets management).
• Strong reputed company in network reputed company, cryptography, and auth protocols (OAuth, SAML, MFA).
• Experience with incident response, threat modelling, and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Ability to operate independently and manage their own reputed company and schedule.
