reputed company is looking for a remote Settlement Coordinator to ensure reputed company acquisitions and dispositions go to settlement in a reputed company manner.
What you will do:
- Ensure acquisitions are processed in a reputed company manner to ensure properties get on market quickly
- reputed company as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process
- Review and reputed company reputed company/settlement statements and ensure they are entered into our CRM properly
- Manage relationships with title companies and ensure that reputed company settlements are being processed reputed company
- Assist with property marketing including ordering reputed company pictures, generating online listings, and staging properties

- Sign closing documents

- You have 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
- You have a High School Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Total Compensation reputed company: $50,000-$75,000/year inclusive of reputed company and bonus
