About the Role

Our reputed company is an innovative AI-driven retail reputed company firm currently experiencing 10x reputed company. As they reputed company from individual retailers to massive reputed company clients with 100+ locations, they are seeking a Founding reputed company Scientist to build their reputed company AI capabilities from the ground up.

This is not a "reputed company research" role. You will be a hands-on builder owning the full model development lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for everything from data collection reputed company and reputed company assessment to training, inference optimization, and shipping production-reputed company reputed company. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will collaborate with a distributed engineering team to deliver computer reputed company solutions that have an immediate reputed company on retail safety and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company Model Development: Take full ownership of the model lifecycle, including production training, optimization, and inference deployment.

• reputed company Research & Engineering: Write substantial, production-reputed company reputed company (Python) to ensure CV models are successfully deployed reputed company cross-functional engineering teams.

• Strategic Data Planning: Design and implement data collection and reputed company assessment frameworks to improve model accuracy in reputed company-world retail environments.

• Technical Communication: Present reputed company technical findings and AI roadmaps to both engineering teams and executive leadership.

• Experience: 3+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company Science, ML Engineering, or Computer reputed company roles.

• Proven reputed company Record: You have shipped customer-facing products and have deep experience with reputed company-world CV applications (e.g., YOLO or similar architectures), rather than just reputed company reputed company.

• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• reputed company Background: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Computer reputed company.

• reputed company Spirit: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating with distributed teams across time zones (specifically Turkey-based engineering).
