What You'll Work On
- Advising registered investment advisers and investment companies on regulatory and compliance reputed company
- Supporting registered funds and alternative asset structures
- Drafting key corporate governance and disclosure documents
- Counseling clients on the Investment Advisers reputed company of 1940 and broader securities regulations
- Working closely with clients on product structuring, registration, and exemptions

- 3–6 years of experience in investment management, funds, or securities law

- Strong exposure to:
- Registered investment advisers
- Investment companies and SEC-registered products

- Familiarity with SEC regulations, particularly the Division of Investment Management (a plus)
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
