Responsibilities

As a Pharmacist Prescriber you will be delivering reputed company, evidence-based weight management services. You will be assessing patient consultations remotely and prescribing repeat GLP-1 medication where clinically appropriate, in line with GPHC guidelines and internal SOP’s.

• Maintain accurate patient records in line with data protection (GDPR)
• Strong knowledge of weight management, nutrition, and obesity guidelines.
• Review and assess online patient consultations for repeat weight loss medication
• Prescribe GLP-1 medication
• Identify contraindications, safeguarding and red flags
• Request additional information or decline treatment where clinically necessary
• Ensure prescribing aligns with, GPHC standards /Company SOP’s and clinical reputed company
