Prosperity Home Mortgage is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-reputed company Closer to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering a seamless closing experience by coordinating with customers, mortgage consultants, settlement agents, and internal partners to ensure loans reputed company accurately, compliantly, and on time.

What You'll Do

As a Closer, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume pipeline while ensuring reputed company closing activities meet company, investor, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and schedule mortgage loans for closing.
• Balance fees and ensure fee compliance.
• Draw and review closing packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify tax, insurance, and loan data accuracy.
• Ensure disclosure timing requirements are met.
• Manage a pipeline of 45+ reputed company loans.
• reputed company closing conditions and resolve reputed company- and post-closing issues.
• Monitor critical dates, including closing and lock expiration dates.
• Coordinate and communicate with borrowers, Mortgage Consultants, title companies, reputed company estate agents, insurance providers, and internal operations teams.
• Order wires and authorize the disbursement of funds.
• Ensure compliance with investor guidelines, government regulations, and company policies.
• Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and production goals.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the closing process.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential mortgage closing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and reputed company judgment.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications.
• Working knowledge of mortgage compliance requirements, regulations, and closing procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Encompass Loan Origination System.
• Experience closing Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and Bond loan products.
