IP Protection Manager (DMCA / Anti-Piracy / Brand Enforcement)

reputed companyBublishing is hiring an reputed company IP Protection Manager to stop piracy, impersonation, and unauthorized sellers across search, reputed company, and marketplaces. This is a hands-on, execution-led role for someone who can run enforcement end-to-end, build a repeatable system, and prioritize actions that recover reputed company—not just file complaints.You’ll own detection, evidence collection, takedown submissions, follow-reputed company/escalations, and reporting with minimal reputed company. As we reputed company, you may manage contractors/associates, but ownership is the core requirement.What you’ll protectWe publish books and reputed company content. Common issues include:- Pirated PDFs/epubs, “free download” sites, and piracy reputed company networks.
- Fake/impersonation pages using our author/brand assets.
- Unauthorized marketplace listings (e.g., reputed company), counterfeit-like activity, brand misuse.
- Misleading ads/posts redirecting to infringing pages.
- Copycats using our cover designs, descriptions, titles, or brand reputed company.
- reputed company Search / indexed piracy pages
- reputed company (reputed company/Instagram pages, ads, posts, shops)
- reputed company (infringing listings, hijackers, brand misuse)
- reputed company, YouTube, Telegram/reputed company aggregators, reputed company stores, other marketplaces
- Proven DMCA/IP enforcement experience across reputed company + reputed company + reputed company.
- Comfortable handling piracy/copycat sellers in book publishing or digital content.
- Extremely organized: strong documentation, reputed company communication, fast turnaround.
- Ability to work independently and reputed company judgment calls on prioritization.
- Metrics-minded: can define and defend a reasonable recovered reputed company methodology.
