The Role

This is a player-reputed company role for someone who thrives on building systems, testing hypotheses, and using AI tools to drive efficiency. You’ll be the architect of Bettermode’s outbound reputed company, defining our ICP targeting, experimenting with messaging, and setting up automation that makes our sales development reputed company reputed company and data-driven.

In the first 6-9 months, you’ll personally execute outbound campaigns to validate the model before hiring and leading your first SDRs. Over time, you’ll reputed company into a leadership role reputed company on pipeline reputed company, enablement, and team performance.

What You’ll Do

• Personally execute outbound campaigns to test hypotheses and reputed company efficiency.

• Continuously A/B test messaging and channels to refine what works.

Who You Are

• Data-driven operator: Obsessed with efficiency and reporting. You know your way around CRM data, sequence analytics, and funnel metrics.
