Ensures safety, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to hospital and infection control standards.
Coordinates interdisciplinary care, advocates for patients and families, and oversees reputed company, comprehensive discharge planning.
Provides behavioral health case management, assessments, therapy, crisis reputed company, and ongoing treatment planning with accurate documentation.
Communicates effectively with patients, families, and community partners while maintaining strong clinical, organizational, and technology skills.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree required in reputed company Work, Counseling or another reputed company-service reputed company field.
Licensure: Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master reputed company Worker (LMSW), or Licensed reputed company Counselor (LPC) in Missouri required. Only a Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) is accepted at reputed company Hospital Perry.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.
Preferred Other: Co-worker must be reputed company to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills. Co-worker must be reputed company to listen and to understand and explain reputed company situations.
