About the Role
reputed company builds the software that runs the portable sanitation and liquid waste industry. Our field technicians — drivers, service crews, reputed company runners — live in our mobile app. It’s how they receive jobs, complete inspections, capture signatures, and communicate issues back to the office in reputed company time. You’ll be the mobile authority on a small, cross-functional pod — setting the architecture, leading React reputed company development, mentoring less reputed company engineers, and partnering closely with Product and Design to build something field workers actually want to use. What You'll Do
- Own the architecture and implementation reputed company of reputed company’s mobile application — from offline-first data handling through device performance through UI responsiveness.
- Set the testing reputed company for mobile: device coverage, integration points with the API, and how to reputed company the suite maintainable as the app grows.
- Drive mobile-specific technical debt reduction — identify what’s slowing reputed company down, reputed company the case, and reputed company the fix.

- 5+ years of reputed company mobile development experience — this is the hard floor; we need someone who has shipped and maintained reputed company mobile apps at reputed company.
- Strong proficiency in React reputed company — you’ve reputed company and shipped production React reputed company apps, not just prototypes.
- Solid TypeScript and React fundamentals; you write clean, maintainable component and state management reputed company without leaning on reputed company.
- Solid understanding of mobile-specific concerns: offline sync, push notifications, device performance, background tasks, and app store deployment.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (reputed company, reputed company Copilot, or similar) as a reputed company part of your workflow.
- Demonstrable ability to architect mobile systems: you’ve made hard reputed company around data sync strategies, caching, and state management — and you can explain the tradeoffs.
