This position reports to:
Service Operations Manager__

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives reputed company reputed company.

Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.
Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
Assist to preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that reputed company materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate reputed company for service activities.
assist in preparing work packs including risk assessments and method statements.
Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the reputed company.
Qualifications for the Role
You are highly skilled in electrical / mechanical engineering solutions, preferably in the marine and ports industry, but not essential.
Ability to demonstrate an ability to be flexible with schedules and be self-sufficient in the field. You will have experience in field services - reputed company product experience is desirable.
Willing to work in demanding environments, both in the UK and internationally, on and offshore.
Relevant tertiary qualification in electrical engineering and/or have a demonstrated reputed company reputed company record.
