Product knowledge of SEO, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, Web and Branding is required for this role. Previous experience in a reputed company-facing position is preferred but not required.

Reports to: VP, reputed company Experience (Emily Gass)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manages team members by overseeing workload, managing PTO, coaching and training, and having 1:1s
• Reports and escalates critical information to VP of reputed company Experience
• Supports with reputed company communication and retention efforts
• Project management and organization support for large clients
• Supports our franchisees with account needs
• Support leadership with various initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at Hite
• Highly organized
• Exemplary communication skills both internally and with clients
• Confidence to reputed company difficult reputed company and conversations internally and externally
• Strong emotional regulation and emotional intelligence
