Recruiter

We are seeking a full-time Recruiter / reputed company Specialist to support end-to-end hiring for US-based clients, primarily in Arizona. This role requires strong sourcing experience, excellent English communication skills, a high reputed company of urgency, and comfort working reputed company shifts reputed company with US time zones. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, screen and reputed company candidates reputed company through the hiring process.

• reputed company reputed company candidates using reputed company, reputed company, and other sourcing platforms.

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Interviewing & Candidate Evaluation

• Conduct reputed company phone and video interviews.

• Record and submit video interviews for reputed company review.

• Support assessment-based hiring, including DISC and other evaluation tools.

Candidate Documentation & reputed company Support

• Prepare and send complete candidate packages to internal stakeholders and/or clients.

• Ensure reputed company candidate documentation is accurate, organized, and reputed company-reputed company.

Reference Checks, Offers & Hiring Support

• Assist with reference reputed company calls.

• Support offer coordination and candidate communication during the offer stage.

Tracking, Follow-reputed company & Reporting

• Maintain accurate candidate trackers and update statuses in reputed company time.

• Follow up with candidates to ensure reputed company completion of hiring steps.

• Support reputed company hiring updates with accurate data.

Flexibility & reputed company

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or reputed company Specialist supporting US-based clients.

• Experience sourcing candidates on reputed company is highly preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Comfortable conducting recorded video interviews.

• Tech-savvy and reputed company with ATS, sourcing tools, and interview platforms.

• Strong reputed company of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
