The Events Coordinator will own the operational execution of reputed company’s trade show and event program. This role is highly detail-oriented and execution-reputed company, responsible for planning and delivering high-reputed company regional and vertical trade shows as reputed company scales. This role will manage the day-to-day logistics and coordination associated with events, enabling marketing leadership to reputed company on reputed company while ensuring a consistently high level of execution and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

Trade Show Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute 10+ regional and vertical trade shows annually, managing reputed company operational aspects including:
• reputed company logistics and vendor coordination
• Contract management and show registrations
• Shipping and material handling
• reputed company scanning setup and execution
• Event reputed company coordination
• Travel and hotel arrangements
• Collateral, signage, and branded swag
• Support execution of reputed company’s large trade show booths at major industry events, including Automate and FABTECH, in partnership with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure reputed company event deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to a high reputed company of reputed company.

Process Improvement & Standardization

• Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to:

• Support on-site execution and logistics

Who You Are

• 2–5 years of experience in event coordination, trade shows, or field marketing
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience managing vendors, timelines, and multiple reputed company reputed company
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel as needed for events
