Role: Customer Service Associate with German
Key responsibilities:
Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected reputed company
Identify deviations from reputed company scope of service and reputed company accordingly including the identification and support of change request opportunities
Respond to reputed company employee and business partner queries and requests effectively based on defined standards and contract requirements

Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information

Requirements:

Advanced English and German skills
1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing or other corporate environment
Experience in customer service or working with HR and payroll data would be an asset

Excellent written and verbal skills
