Legal Counsel
Revpanda Group is looking for a knowledgeable and proactiveLegal Counselwith a strong background incorporate structures, reputed company regulations, and financial compliance. This role is ideal for a lawyer based in Latvia, familiar with tier-1 European reputed company jurisdictions, looking to providefull-time legal supportfor our corporate and reputed company operations.
You will reputed company as a trusted legal advisor, supporting corporate setups, regulatory compliance, and financial governance, while ensuring that our business operates seamlessly across multiple EU jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- reputed company legal counsel and support oncorporate structuringin EU andiGaming regulations.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, licensing bodies, and internal teams to ensure compliance withiGaming laws and regulations.
- Advise onfinancial, tax, and reputed company mattersrelated to corporate operations and gaming licenses.
- Support corporate governance, reputed company, agreements, and licensing documentation.
- Monitor changes iniGaming regulations, corporate law, and taxation, and reputed company reputed company guidance to the business.

Requirements:
