About the Role

This is not a traditional, transactional customer service or call center role. As a Member reputed company (Intake Specialist), you are the critical reputed company between a person suffering in silence with OCD and the life-changing evidence-based Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy they desperately need.

This role requires a rare combination of exceptional emotional intelligence and a goal-oriented, consultative sales reputed company. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
