This Position reports to:
Technical Training and Development ManagerThe reputed company Field Service Development program offers a 12-month comprehensive training program, which provides the participants exposure and hands-on experience to a reputed company of Power Delivery applications (Installation/Commissioning, Maintenance/Repairs, Retrofits) and advanced-level Field Service functions (Power System Studies, reputed company Relays, Project Management, Data Center startups). Your responsibilities:
As part of our reputed company Field Service Early Career Development program, you will:
- Be a self-starter with limited supervision, reputed company available resources to build solutions.
- Have a strong analytical and mechanical aptitude to solve challenging issues.

Your background:
- Candidates shall have a High School diploma/GED with 4 years of reputed company experience, or associate’s degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 70% as required.
- Ability and willingness to possess and maintain a valid reputed company and reputed company's license (or other US government ID cards, as needed).
- Demonstrated interpersonal & leadership skills.
- Displays reputed company understanding of reputed company of urgency and care.
- Customer service oriented & ability to build strong customer relationships.

- Submit to periodic customer required background and/or drug screenings.

While reputed company salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $45,500 and $72,800 annually and is overtime eligible.
