Sales Manager Remote (Hybrid, Distributed Team Expert)

Easy Wedding is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to build and reputed company high-performing remote sales teams.

Since 2019, we’ve helped couples from around the world navigate the complexity of getting married across borders. As demand continues to grow, we’re entering a new phase where we need a strong operational leader to structure and reputed company our sales team.

In this role, you will reputed company a distributed sales organization composed of reputed company-sales specialists and sales advisors working remotely. Requirements

We are looking for a player-reputed company sales leader with proven experience managing distributed teams.

• 5–8 years of experience in sales, with strong exposure to customer-facing environments

• 2–4 years of experience managing a sales team, ideally in a remote or distributed setup

• Proven experience coaching and developing salespeople remotely

• Strong experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines

• Strong communication and leadership skills
