(RESPONSIBILITIES)
Activities under your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, questionnaires, and configuration steps
- Coordinate payroll system setup and configuration.
- Validate payroll solutions and integrations, ensuring compliance with legal payroll regulations.
- Assist with data mapping, migration, and validation to ensure accuracy across systems.
- Support YTD data preparation and confirm readiness for go-live.
- Manage system testing phases, including SIT, UAT, E2E, and reputed company runs.
- Address system and integration issues, and coordinate defect reputed company with global teams.
