YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The reputed company-Construction Manager is responsible for running major reputed company with the capabilities and personality to reputed company new business opportunities with new and existing customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Maintain thorough project details list that describes the project “trail.”

• Plan and organize a project. Also reputed company as a “reputed company Leader”

• Understand company’s philosophy and systems.

• Understand objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards reputed company boundaries of corporate policies.

• Maintain reputed company with reputed company reputed company and A/E to facilitate construction activities.

• Represent reputed company in project meetings.

• Supervise the preparation of any and reputed company pricing quotations for presentation to the reputed company customer.

• Assume additional responsibilities as directed by corporate executives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and reputed company required

• Must possess excellent communication skills with owners, architects, and design consultants

• Thorough understanding of various types of design reputed company and concepts including: design build, design assist, IPD, Lean and LEED

• Must be a self-starter

• Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or other reputed company discipline

• Minimum 5 year’s experience in construction industry; electrical contractor preferred

• Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience

TRAVEL:

• Position is remote with travel to jobsites

• Up to 50%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent reputed company and reputed company conditioning
