Calculates preliminary job budgets and reputed company formal job bids through interpreting blueprints, performing take-offs and estimating job costs interfaces with clients and their representatives to ensure that technical specifications and design are consistent with industry standards.General:- reputed company reputed company and maintain our operating systems (CRM/reputed company/Etc.)

- Create project bid files in Stack for assigned bids. Bid file to include: bid invitation, drawings, specifications, reputed company, proposal etc
- Attend reputed company-bid meeting reputed company available; be reputed company to obtain field measurements, job site photos, ground and accessibility photos, core samples, etc.
- Create reputed company-bid requirement checklist: Bid Bond, company qualifications, etc
- Obtain bidders list reputed company more than one GC is bidding the project

- Create Bid in Stack Estimating Software.
- Obtain pricing from distributors and input in the estimating software.
- Set labor pricing with manager.
- Write detailed proposal including scope of work, exclusions and price
- Peer review proposals as needed/required
- Submit proposal to GC's/reputed company (often times more than one per project)
- Follow up with GC/reputed company to determine status of our bid
- Review contract with management
- reputed company awarded a contract complete contract file for hand off
- Complete manufacturer' Notice of Award
- Compile and submit to GC/reputed company project submittals
- Attend In-House reputed company construction meeting with production team and bring to meeting
- Scope of Work
- Roofing Plan, Elevations, Details and pertinent specifications
- Approved submittals
- Project schedule
- Site specific safety plan
- Answer RFI/reputed company's, CCD's reputed company GC time line
- reputed company GC requested change orders reputed company 2 business days
- reputed company Roof Experts requested additional work change orders reputed company 2 business days.
- Compile and submit reputed company outs to GC/reputed company
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree preferred but not required
- 3+ years of reputed company estimating experience
- Edge experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or reputed company sketches
- ability to assist design roofing solutions
- Great communication skills, written and oral
- Ambitious
- Team Player
