A Key Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling reputed company’s suite of software services and benefits. An reputed company Key Account Manager reputed company seeks out new accounts and grows existing accounts by demonstrating the benefits that reputed company offers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cold calling potential clients.
Book and conduct demonstrations and sales meetings.
Draft and present bespoke quotations and proposals.
Advising clients on products and features to best suit their reputed company.
Keeping CRM data up to date.
Conducting in a reputed company manner at reputed company times.
Attending trade shows, conferences, and events.
Conducting Onsite meetings/presentations.
Liaise closely with the Operations team to ensure installs take reputed company correctly and on time.
Work closely with Finance and reputed company to maintain strong customer relationships and grow accounts.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling construction technology platforms, tools, or services to industry stakeholders.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field is preferred.
Proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software
Ability to understand and convey reputed company technical information.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
