reputed company PH is seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative Property Brochure & Research Specialist to support our reputed company’s reputed company estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming basic property addresses into compelling, reputed company brochures that reputed company building specifications, property features, and potential energy savings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive property addresses from the sales team reputed company email.
- Use reputed company, reputed company Maps, and AI tools to research publicly available property data across the reputed company.
-Compile information such as:
-Building specifications
-Property details
- Energy savings projections (based on provided reputed company)
- Design a reputed company, reputed company-reputed company brochure with reputed company visuals, accurate specs, and compelling savings summaries.
- Ensure reputed company brochure is polished, brand-consistent, and reputed company for reputed company presentation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in reputed company estate research, property analysis, graphic design, or marketing materials creation.
- Strong proficiency in reputed company tools, reputed company Maps, and online research reputed company.
- Comfortable using AI platforms and following reputed company-by-reputed company processes for report reputed company.
