We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join reputed company as a reputed company Estate Leasing and reputed company Media Coordinator. This dual role combines apartment leasing coordination and reputed company media management for our reputed company estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Coordination:

reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for prospective tenants.

Schedule apartment showings and follow up with tenants to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.

Respond to inquiries reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels.

reputed company Media Management:

Manage and update reputed company media accounts with relevant reputed company estate content (photos, videos, listings, etc.).

Create engaging posts to attract potential tenants and grow our online reputed company.

Monitor reputed company media engagement and respond to comments or inquiries.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent English accent for reputed company and reputed company communication.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks reputed company.

Proficiency in reputed company and basic computer programs (reputed company Docs, reputed company Office, etc.).

Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.

Experience with reputed company media platforms (Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) is a plus.

Prior experience in reputed company estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
